We have all had patients/clients say they don’t want adjusted, hate chiropractors, and have heard some really bad reports.

As soon as you agree, understand the underlying reason, they feel comfortable and will move forward with the exam. They will open up and you will connect.

This is critical for closing the deal. They will never move forward or become your patient/client if you don’t get the elephant out of the room.

Address it head on, uncover the problem, and now move forward for a great patient.

They want results, they want to lose weight, they want results – Be the Doctor, Doctor! Explaining how this system works, physiology and the nerve system will empower them because it finally answers their questions and concerns.
