To develop wellness or lifelong patients, you must be able to communicate clearly and with vision.
- Day 1 – You must be on purpose, well scripted, and educate properly. This sets up the entire process. Blow this and you lose your chance.
- You must get their long-term goals. Critical to establish strong goals.
- Review the goals on the ROF and get them to understand that their problem has been going on for awhile.
- After they commit to a plan – ASK! Asking them after they understand that they will need care after there original plan, is easy. They may just say yes!
