To develop wellness or lifelong patients, you must be able to communicate clearly and with vision.

  1. Day 1 – You must be on purpose, well scripted, and educate properly. This sets up the entire process. Blow this and you lose your chance.
  2. You must get their long-term goals. Critical to establish strong goals.
  3. Review the goals on the ROF and get them to understand that their problem has been going on for awhile.
  4. After they commit to a plan – ASK! Asking them after they understand that they will need care after there original plan, is easy. They may just say yes!
