You should never ask questions during a report. Why?

1. You will lose authority and turn the power over to the patient.

2. You never know what they are going to say. This could go off in tangents and away from the seriousness of your discussion.

3. You will appear to lack confidence. This will kill your conversion or sale.

4. They will minimize their problem. Once this goes down this rabbit hole, it is nearly impossible to return with confidence, conviction, and how serious their problem is and why they need to start care immediately.

Learn these strategies and turn your authority up a notch and begin to close your client/patient that day, for their health and your future.
